AI automation that clears the admin.

Most small firms lose hours every week to the same jobs: typing up quotes, chasing unpaid invoices, copying customer details between a spreadsheet, an inbox and an accounts package. AI automation means software does that work instead, reliably, at any hour, without being asked twice. We build these systems for a living and run our own firm on them: our lead pipeline, client portal, invoicing and reporting are all automations we built ourselves. If a job follows rules, we can probably automate it. If it is not worth automating, we will say so.

An honest answer by Wednesday 14 October from a £300 consultation on whether this fits how you work. Every price published, and you own what we build.

The problem this solves.

✕Quotes go out late because writing each one from scratch takes half an evening you do not have.
✕Invoices sit unpaid because chasing them politely, again, is nobody's favourite job.
✕The same customer details get typed into three different systems, and one of them is always wrong.
✕Enquiries that arrive at the weekend wait until Monday, and by then some have rung someone else.
✕Follow-up emails never get sent because the day fills up with the work you actually get paid for.

What we build.

Quoting and invoicing

Someone asks for a quote, the system drafts it from your price rules, you check it and press send. Accepted quotes turn into invoices without retyping a thing. We invoice our own clients this way, which is why ours go out on time.

Chasing and follow-up

Unpaid invoice at 14 days? A polite reminder goes out on its own, then a firmer one, then a note telling you to pick up the phone. Same idea for quotes that got no reply. Nothing slips because nobody has to remember.

Joining up your systems

If you type the same job details into a diary, a spreadsheet and an accounts package, that is three chances to make a mistake. Workflow automation moves the data once, correctly, and keeps every system agreeing with the others.

Answering and booking

Chatbots get a bad name because most are useless. Ours answers the questions you get every week, takes booking requests and passes real enquiries over with the details already gathered. It works at ten at night, when plenty of your customers are actually looking.

Sorting real leads from noise

AI lead qualification reads each enquiry as it lands, asks the follow-up questions you would ask, and flags the ones worth your time. You stop wading through tyre-kickers and start ringing the serious ones first.

Content that keeps coming

An AI content pipeline drafts the recurring stuff, job write-ups, review requests, the monthly email, in your voice, for a human to approve before anything goes out. You stay in charge of what gets published. The machine just stops the blank page winning.

What the search data says.

You probably typed something like AI automation agency into Google before landing here. Around 1,000 UK owners do the same every month, and another 590 go looking for AI workflow automation. That is a room full of people fed up with copying the same answer into the same spreadsheet. The table below lists those searches in full. Every one of them is an owner trying to get hours back.

How it works.

01
Map it

We start by watching how work actually moves through your business: where enquiries land, who types what into which system, which jobs eat the hours. Then we pick the automation that pays for itself fastest. Sometimes that is one boring fix, and we will say so.

02
Build it

Next we build around the tools you already use rather than making you switch systems. The same kit runs our own firm, the lead pipeline, the client portal, the invoicing, so we only build things we would be happy to depend on ourselves.

03
Test it

Before anything runs on its own, it runs alongside you. You see every quote, reminder and reply it drafts, and you correct it until it gets things right. Only when you trust it does it take the wheel, and even then you can override anything.

04
Hand it over

Everything we build is yours. Plain instructions, no mystery boxes, no lock-in, 30 days notice if you ever want to stop. Take the monthly option and we keep it running and improve it, or take the build alone and run it yourself.

Built by people who use it daily.

Practical AI that works for your business, not a tech demo. We map the admin that eats your week, build the automation, test it beside you and hand it over as yours. Every service below has its price published, and it is the same price for everyone.

The questions everyone asks.

That is not what we build. The automations take the jobs nobody was hired to do: retyping, chasing, filing, reminding. Your people get those hours back for the work customers actually pay for. In our own firm, automation did not replace anyone. It meant the same people could handle more clients without evenings disappearing into admin.
A single workflow, quote chasing or invoice reminders, is typically live within a few weeks of the consultation, and it runs alongside you before it runs alone. Bigger builds that join several systems together take longer, and we will give you an honest timescale before you commit. What we will not do is switch something on before you have watched it work and trust it.
Anything customer-facing starts in draft mode: the system writes it, a human approves it. Once you switch a workflow to fully automatic, it only handles the cases you have already signed off, and anything unusual gets routed to you instead of guessed at. You can also see a log of everything it has done, so nothing happens behind your back.
Usually not. We build around whatever you already run: your inbox, your calendar, your accounts package, your spreadsheets. If a tool genuinely will not connect to anything, we will tell you and suggest the cheapest way round it, not sell you a whole new system. The point is fewer things to manage, not more.
Because we run our own firm on it. Our lead pipeline, client portal, invoicing and monthly reporting are automations we built ourselves, and they do the admin here every day. If we can show you the machinery working for us, you can judge for yourself.
