You get a WhatsApp and SMS conversation engine, Twilio set up in your name, follow-up sequences that chase without nagging, full conversation logging, and handover to a person when it matters. The follow-up is the part that earns the money. Most conversations do not end because somebody said no, they end because nobody restarted them, and an order or an enquiry that was nearly there goes quiet instead.

Two practical things. The metered accounts, Twilio and the AI credits, are in your name and paid at cost, so message charges never pass through us with a margin on top. And WhatsApp Business verification with Meta takes one to two weeks and is outside anyone's control, ours included. We have been through it ourselves so we know what they ask for, but it needs planning into the timeline.

You do, directly. Twilio and the AI credits are opened in your name and paid at cost, with no margin added by us. You can see exactly what the running cost is, and if something you are planning will push it up, we tell you before rather than after.

One to two weeks with Meta, and it is outside anyone's control including ours. It needs building into the timeline. We have been through the process ourselves so we know what they ask for, which usually avoids the delays caused by getting the submission wrong.
