The detail

This usually needs no AI at all, and that is a feature rather than a limitation. A job with the same fixed steps every time is more reliable as ordinary software, and it costs you nothing each time it runs. We build it in whatever is cheapest to run properly, and we will always tell you when the answer does not need AI.

The monthly plan matters more here than anywhere else in the group. These break silently when a connected tool changes how it works, and the failure is invisible: no error arrives, the thing just quietly stops happening, and you find out when something important did not get done. Monitoring and fixing that is what the plan is for.

Because these break quietly. When a connected tool changes how it works, the automation stops and nothing tells you. The first sign is usually something important that did not happen. The plan covers noticing and fixing that, which is worth more than the build on its own.

Most things in common use, and it depends on what each tool allows. We check before you commit rather than discovering a limitation halfway through. Where a direct connection is not possible, there is often another route, and where there is not we will say so.

Usually not, and that is the right answer for fixed-step work. Ordinary software following clear rules is more reliable and has no cost per use. We would rather build you something that runs for nothing than add AI so it sounds more impressive.

That is common and it is priced sensibly rather than by stacking full monthly fees. Where you have more than one thing built with us, the ongoing plans combine rather than each being charged at full price.

How we make money
