Almost nobody in this industry publishes what they charge, or where else the money comes from. This page is both, in full, so you can check it before you speak to us.
We charge for work. That is it.
When you advertise with us, the ad spend goes to Google on your card, in your account. When your system sends messages, that runs on your account and you pay what it costs. When you need business email, you buy it from Google or Microsoft directly and we set it up for you.
We do not take a percentage of your ad budget, because that would mean earning more every time we told you to spend more. We do not add a margin to anything we buy on your behalf, because you would have no way of knowing it was there.
Our prices are on this website and they are the same for everyone. A national brand pays what a local plumber pays for the same piece of work.
If your spend ever gets big enough that hiring someone in-house works out cheaper than paying us, we will tell you that too.
Where we recommend something we do not run ourselves, like a bigger server, we sometimes earn a small referral fee from that supplier. It never changes what you pay and the price is identical to going direct. We are telling you because you would want to know.
We set all of it up for you. You do not need to sit on a call working through screens, and you do not need to learn how any of it works. We create the accounts, configure everything, and send you the logins.
The one thing we will not do is put your card on it, and that is deliberate. It is your account and your money, so your payment details stay yours and never pass through us. It takes about a minute and we send you a link straight to the right page.
Once it is running, leave it alone unless you are sure what you are changing. Not because we are precious about it, but because these accounts are wired into the work we are doing, and a well-meaning change in the wrong place can undo a month of it. If you want something changed, ask and we will do it.
Our prices are on this page. All of them.
That sounds like a small thing. It is not. Almost nobody in this industry publishes what they charge, because it lets them price you on what they think you can afford rather than on the work involved. A fashion label and a plumber ring the same agency and get very different numbers for the same website.
We do not work that way. The price is the price, it is the same for everyone, and you can see it before you speak to us. What moves the number is real: how many pages you need, whether your content and images are ready, and anything custom like bookings, payments or a members area. You get the final figure before we start, not after.
Every price we charge is published, and it is the same for everyone.
