What being looked after actually means.
Your site stays updated and patched. It gets backed up every day, properly, to somewhere that is not the same server. We watch that it is online and get told before you do if it is not. And when something needs changing, you ask us and it gets done. The Care Plan covers four small changes a month and a two working day response. Care Plus covers ten, adds a monthly health check, answers next working day, and includes the annual Website MOT.
Broken contact forms are the most common fault we find, and almost nobody catches them. The form still looks fine. It still says thank you. The email just goes nowhere, and every enquiry from the moment it broke is gone. On our plans, every enquiry lands in your portal as well as your inbox, so even if email breaks you still have every one of them.
A small change is anything that takes us under thirty minutes, and most take about five: editing text, swapping an image, updating a price, changing your opening hours. Anything bigger and we tell you what it involves before we start, so nothing arrives on an invoice you were not expecting. The cap is there so the promise means something. Unlimited support hours sound generous and are exactly how these arrangements go wrong: the scope is undefined, so it gets rationed quietly or it gets abused.
All plans are rolling monthly. Thirty days notice, no term, no cancellation fee. If we are not worth the money you should be able to stop, and that keeps us honest. If you would rather pay once for an honest read on the state of the site, the Website MOT is that check.
