The detail

We run a discovery session, map out how you currently work, and come back with what would work, what would not, and what it would cost. Part of that is telling you which jobs genuinely need AI and which are better done by ordinary software that follows fixed rules, runs more reliably and costs you nothing every time it does its job.

You get a written plan you can act on with or without us, and the fee credits in full against any build within ninety days. This is also the honest filter. Plenty of businesses do not need AI yet, and if that is the answer we will give it to you rather than finding something to sell.

Who this is for

You can see that AI is doing something useful for other businesses and you cannot work out what it would do for yours. You have repetitive work you suspect could be handled better, but you do not want to spend thousands finding out you were wrong. You would rather pay for a straight answer than sit through a sales call dressed up as a consultation.

When this is not the right answer

If you go ahead with a build within ninety days, the consultation fee comes off it in full. The work is not repeated, because the plan produced here becomes the starting point for what gets built.

We go through how the work actually gets done now, step by step, including the parts people find tedious. The jobs worth automating are usually the ones your team can already name, because they are the ones grinding them down.

Yes. It is written to be acted on rather than to lock you in, and it is yours. If another developer builds it, the plan still tells them what it needs to do and where AI is and is not the right tool.

How we make money

We charge for work, and that is all. Your ad spend, your software subscriptions and anything else bought on your behalf go on your own accounts at cost, with nothing added by us.
