Part of that is telling you which jobs genuinely need AI and which are better done by ordinary software that follows fixed rules, runs more reliably and costs you nothing every time it does its job.

You get a written plan you can act on with or without us, and the fee credits in full against any build within ninety days. This is also the honest filter.

Plenty of businesses do not need AI yet, and if that is the answer we will give it to you rather than finding something to sell.

What if the answer is that I do not need AI?▾

Then that is what the plan says, and it is a perfectly good outcome for the money. It costs us one sale and saves you a great deal more than the fee. We would rather be the people who told you honestly than the ones who sold you something that sat unused.

How does the credit against a build work?▾

If you go ahead with a build within ninety days, the consultation fee comes off it in full. The work is not repeated, because the plan produced here becomes the starting point for what gets built.

What happens in the discovery session?▾

We go through how the work actually gets done now, step by step, including the parts people find tedious. The jobs worth automating are usually the ones your team can already name, because they are the ones grinding them down.

Can I take the plan to somebody else?▾

Yes. It is written to be acted on rather than to lock you in, and it is yours. If another developer builds it, the plan still tells them what it needs to do and where AI is and is not the right tool.
