The detail

The design is template based, set up around your brand rather than drawn from scratch, and that is what holds the price where it is. On-page SEO is done as we build rather than bolted on afterwards, and Google Analytics is set up in your name, so the data is yours from the first day.

It usually takes up to two weeks. The part that sets the real timeline is how quickly your text and photos reach us, not the build. At the end you get a handover walkthrough so you can go in and change things yourself, and if you would rather never think about it again, hosting and maintenance are there.

We tell you before we start, not after. If the scope grows past five pages while we are agreeing what the site needs to do, we either move you up a tier or price the extra pages, and either way you get the final figure before any work begins.

Yes, and the handover walkthrough at the end is there to make sure you can. You get shown how to change text, swap a photo and add a page. If you decide later that you would rather not, the Website Maintenance or the Website Care Plan takes it off you.

Your text, your photos, your logo and brand files, and who the enquiries should go to. If your content is not written we will tell you exactly what we need and can help write it. Content is the single biggest thing that decides how fast this goes.

No. The site is yours and you can take it wherever you like. Most clients do host with us because it means the updates, backups and security are handled and the site stops being something they have to think about, but it is not a condition of the build.

How we make money

We charge for work, and that is all. Your ad spend, your software subscriptions and anything else bought on your behalf go on your own accounts at cost, with nothing added by us.
