The fifty product cap keeps the build from turning into a data entry march; the guide means you are not stranded by the cap.
If you have more than fifty, a bulk import from your spreadsheet or supplier feed is priced on volume and planned with you.
It takes about three weeks. The honest bottleneck is product data, not the build: photographs, descriptions, prices and variants take longer to assemble than people expect. Because WooCommerce runs on WordPress, hosting and keeping the site up to date matter more than on a rented platform.
That is where the care plans come in once the shop is live.
