We scope the whole thing properly first, so the price you get is real. Discovery sessions, a full written specification, a clear statement of what it will and will not do, and a fixed price for the build itself.
From this price, final scope agreed before we start.
Tell us what you need built →This exists because of a specific failure. Complicated projects quoted from a phone call go wrong in the same way every time: the price was a guess, the scope was assumed rather than agreed, and the argument arrives in month three when somebody says they thought that was included. Paid discovery replaces the guess with a document you both work from.
The fee credits in full against the build if you go ahead within ninety days. Our audits deliberately do not credit, because a diagnostic has to stand on its own. Discovery is different: the specification becomes the build, so crediting it is honest rather than a discount. You also keep the specification if you decide not to proceed, or take it to somebody else to price.
You want something built that does not fit a standard product: a system, a bespoke build, or a website with functionality specific to how you work. You have been quoted wildly different numbers by different people, which usually means nobody has properly defined what is being built. You would rather spend a little to get a real price than commit to a large project on an estimate.
If what you need is a standard website or a standard shop, this is an unnecessary step and the tiered products already have real prices on them. If you are not ready to proceed within a few months, the credit period will have passed and the specification will be less useful by then.
We charge for work, and that is all. Your ad spend, your software subscriptions and anything else bought on your behalf go on your own accounts at cost, with nothing added by us.
Our prices are published and they are the same for everyone.
