Reminders are the part that pays for itself fastest, because they cut the people who simply forget, and every no-show is an hour you cannot sell again.
It is priced from because the jobs vary enormously. One person offering one service is a very different build from several staff across multiple locations with different services and different lengths. There is a monthly plan alongside it covering updates, compatibility with WordPress changes and small adjustments, because a booking system that breaks quietly is worse than not having one.
You take bookings by phone, by email, or through a system that does not fit how you work. People ring during your busiest hours to book, or message in the evening and wait until morning. You lose time to no-shows, and to the back and forth of agreeing a time that a calendar could have settled in ten seconds.
If an off-the-shelf booking plugin genuinely fits how you work, we will tell you and you should use it rather than paying for this.
