The detail

We build the store, load up to fifty products for you, connect the payment gateway, set up inventory, and hand over a step-by-step guide to adding and managing your own products plus a walkthrough on processing orders. The fifty product cap is deliberate: it stops the build turning into a data entry march, and the guide means you are not stranded by the cap.

It runs to about three weeks, and the honest bottleneck is product data rather than the build. Photographs, descriptions, variants, prices and stock levels take longer to assemble than people expect. If you have thousands of products, a bulk import from your spreadsheet or supplier feed is priced on volume and planned with you rather than loaded one at a time.

Who this is for

You sell physical products and you want to own the shop rather than rent it. You have a product range you can describe and photograph, you want stock and orders handled in one place, and you would rather pay once for the build than hand over a percentage of every sale forever. You are willing to learn the basics of adding products, or to have us do the loading.

When this is not the right answer

If you would rather not run any of the technical side and are happy to pay a monthly platform fee for that, the Shopify Store Setup suits you better. If you already have a working shop that only looks dated, the Website Refresh refreshes it, and if it is on another host, the Migration Service moves it. If you sell one or two things occasionally, a website with online payments added is cheaper than a shop build.

Common questions

Fifty are loaded by us as part of the build, and beyond that we quote a bulk import priced on volume, working from your spreadsheet or supplier feed. That is nearly always cheaper than loading them individually, and we plan it with you before anything starts.
Yes, and you get a complete step-by-step guide for exactly that, written to be followed rather than skimmed. You also get a walkthrough on processing orders, so the day-to-day running of the shop is yours and not dependent on us.
We connect the payment gateway you want to use as part of the build. Gateway fees are charged by the provider directly to you, not by us, and we will tell you what to expect before you choose so the running costs are clear up front.
Because you own it and there is no monthly platform fee to a third party. WooCommerce suits people who want the shop to be theirs. The Shopify Store Setup suits people who would rather pay monthly and have the platform handled for them. We sell both and will tell you which one fits how you want to work.

How we make money

We charge for work, and that is all. Your ad spend, your software subscriptions and anything else bought on your behalf go on your own accounts at cost, with nothing added by us.

Our prices are published and they are the same for everyone.
