We would rather be straight with you about how this works. The account is registered in your name and billed directly to you by Google or Microsoft, not by us. We set the whole thing up, configure it, and send you the logins.

Once it is running, your email is yours to manage: passwords, billing, adding or removing people, and any support you need goes to your provider, who runs it around the clock and does it better than a small agency could.

If you would rather we handled a change for you, we can, at our standard rate. That sentence is there on purpose.

Email is the kind of thing where a free favour turns into a call at nine in the evening, and being clear about the boundary from the start is more honest than a vague promise of help that quietly stops being offered.

You are still using a personal address or one from your internet provider for business, and you want email on your own domain. Common questions

Why is the account in my name rather than yours?▾

Because it is yours, and if you ever stop working with us nothing about your email changes. You are not waiting on us if you forget a password, and you never have to ask a third party for access to your own mail. It also means you pay Google or Microsoft what they charge, with nothing added on top.

Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, which should I choose?▾

It usually comes down to what you already use. If your business runs on Word and Excel, Microsoft fits. If you live in Gmail and Google Docs, Workspace fits. We will give you a straight recommendation based on how you actually work rather than which one we prefer.

What if I need help with email later?▾

Day to day support goes to your provider, who runs a proper support operation. If you would rather we made a change for you, we can, at our standard rate. That is a real route rather than a polite refusal.

Will my existing email be moved across?▾

Existing mail can usually be brought over and it depends where it is coming from. Tell us what you have at the start and we will tell you what is possible before you commit rather than after.

How we make money: we charge for work, and that is all. Your ad spend, your software subscriptions and anything else bought on your behalf go on your own accounts at cost, with nothing added by us.
