We would rather be straight with you about how this works. The account is registered in your name and billed directly to you by Google or Microsoft, not by us. We set the whole thing up, configure it, and send you the logins. Once it is running, your email is yours to manage: passwords, billing, adding or removing people, and any support you need goes to your provider, who runs it around the clock and does it better than a small agency could.
If you would rather we handled a change for you, we can, at our standard rate. That sentence is there on purpose. Email is the kind of thing where a free favour turns into a call at nine in the evening, and being clear about the boundary from the start is more honest than a vague promise of help that quietly stops being offered.
You are still using a personal address or one from your internet provider for business, and you want email on your own domain. Or you are setting up a new business and want it done properly from the start, on your computer and your phone, without spending a day working out which plan to buy and how to point the records at it.
If you already have working business email and only need it moved with your site, the Migration Service preserves your email routing as part of the job. We charge for work, and that is all. Your ad spend, your software subscriptions and anything else bought on your behalf go on your own accounts at cost, with nothing added by us.
