Probably yes. Google retired Universal Analytics in July 2023 — if you're still relying on the old version, you're not collecting new data. GA4 is the current standard and works very differently from the old system. It needs to be set up fresh, and it needs to be set up properly or the data is unreliable.
Google Search Console is a free tool from Google that shows you how your website performs in search results — which keywords people searched to find you, how many times your pages appeared, how many clicks you got, and any indexing errors. It's essential for SEO and it's free, but most businesses either haven't set it up or aren't using the data it provides.
