The detail

The scope depends entirely on what the audit found, which is why this is priced from rather than fixed. A site with contrast problems and missing alt text is a straightforward job. One where the navigation cannot be operated without a mouse and the forms give no usable error messages is a much bigger piece of work, because those are structural rather than cosmetic.

The fixes are made within your existing design wherever possible. Accessibility work has a reputation for making sites look worse, and it mostly comes from doing it carelessly. Contrast corrections are the most visible change and they can nearly always be made inside your existing palette rather than by abandoning it.

Who this is for

You have had an accessibility audit, from us or somebody else, and you want the problems dealt with rather than filed. You have a site worth keeping and improving. You would rather fix the things that stop people using it than rebuild, and you want the changes made carefully so the site still looks like yours.

When this is not the right answer

If you have not had anything checked, the Accessibility Audit comes first, because fixing without knowing what is wrong is guesswork. If your site is being replaced soon, put the effort into building the new one accessibly instead. If your site is fundamentally unusable rather than flawed in places, a rebuild may cost less than remediation.

Common questions

Because remediation scope depends entirely on what the audit found. Contrast and alt text are quick. Rebuilding navigation so it works from a keyboard, or reworking forms so errors are properly announced, is structural work. You get a real figure once we have seen the findings.
That is the intention, and we work within your existing design wherever possible. Contrast corrections are the change people notice most, and they can usually be made inside your existing colours rather than by replacing them.
We work in the priority order the audit set, and you decide how far down the list to go. Some items are quick and high impact, and some are minor. Being clear about which is which means you can spend where it actually helps people.
Usually yes, and most of this work is on sites built elsewhere. What matters is what the site is built on and how much control there is over the templates, which we check before quoting rather than after.

How we make money

We charge for work, and that is all. Your ad spend, your software subscriptions and anything else bought on your behalf go on your own accounts at cost, with nothing added by us.

Our prices are published and they are the same for everyone.
