Exactly how much of your ad budget went nowhere, and what to do about it. The headline finding is a number in pounds: we tell you how much of your spend was wasted in the last ninety days.
You grant read-only access to your own account, which takes about a minute, and we analyse the last ninety days properly rather than working from a screenshot or an export. We quantify wasted spend by comparing the search terms you actually paid for against the ones you meant to bid on. We check negative keyword gaps, campaign structure and budget allocation against performance, quality scores and what they cost you, auction insights showing who you are really up against, Performance Max asset groups and shopping feed health where those are running, and whether your landing pages deliver what the adverts promised.
The one that surprises people most is conversion tracking. A large share of accounts record conversions wrongly or not at all, which means every optimisation decision made since has been based on numbers that were not true. We validate it and check the attribution model. What comes back is a prioritised plan, quality checked by our team, with you within 48 hours.
You are spending on Google Ads and you cannot tell whether it is working. Somebody set the account up, perhaps an agency you have left, and nobody has looked at it properly since. You suspect money is going somewhere it should not, or you are considering changing agency and want an independent read on the account before you decide.
If you have no ad account yet, there is nothing to audit and the Google Ads Setup is where you start. If you already know the account is beyond saving and you want it rebuilt rather than diagnosed, go straight to the setup. This finds and explains problems; it does not fix them.
We charge for work, and that is all. Your ad spend, your software subscriptions and anything else bought on your behalf go on your own accounts at cost, with nothing added by us.
Our prices are published and they are the same for everyone.
