You get up to ten small changes a month rather than four, a monthly health check, a next working day response, and the annual Website MOT included rather than bought separately.
The monthly check is the difference people notice least at the point of buying and most over a year: somebody looking at the site deliberately every month rather than only when you report something.
There is no SEO retainer inside this tier, and that is deliberate. The previous version of this plan bolted vague basic SEO onto a care package, which meant nobody could say what was actually being delivered.
Search work belongs in the SEO group where the scope is defined and you can see what you are getting. If you want both, taking an SEO plan alongside hosting and maintenance saves ten percent on the lot.
Who this is for
Your website is doing real work: taking bookings, generating orders, or acting as the main way customers find and contact you. Changes come up most weeks rather than occasionally. When something is wrong you need it looked at tomorrow rather than in three days, and you would rather somebody was checking the site regularly than waiting for you to notice.
When something else fits better
If four changes a month covers you and a next working day response is faster than you need, the Website Care Plan does the same job for less. If what you actually want is search work, this is not it: the SEO retainers are, and bundling them here is exactly what went wrong with the plan this replaced.

Your site comes onto everything in the Care Plan, with hosting, backups and updates set up, and the next working day response in place from the start.
Up to ten small changes a month, each under thirty minutes, alongside hosting and maintenance. Anything bigger is quoted before we start.
Every month we look over updates, security, backups, forms, links and anything starting to drift, so problems get caught before you report them.
Once a year the full Website MOT runs, with backups tested to confirm they restore, a malware scan, forms tested end to end and a written list of fixes and costs.
