Everything in Pro, and we report on results rather than rankings.

Everything in Pro, reported differently. Most agencies at this level will send you a ranking report and an invoice. We would rather tell you what your website actually brought in, which pages did it, and what we are doing next month to bring more.

That reporting switch is the point of this tier, and conversion tracking is what makes it possible. The report opens with what came in and closes with rankings, rather than the other way round.

Alongside it you get four articles a month, landing pages built for new areas and services rather than only blog posts, real link acquisition rather than directory submissions dressed up, and named competitor targets tracked and reported against by name.

You also get a quarterly strategy session where the plan gets rewritten rather than repeated, and a same working day response.

This tier is usually bought out of an audit conversation rather than off a pricing table, because at this level you should be looking at what is actually wrong with your site before committing to months of work on it.

Who this is for

Search is a serious channel for you rather than one of several things you dabble in, and you can tell roughly what a new customer is worth. You are expanding into new areas or launching new services and need pages built for them. You have been burned by reporting that talked about rankings while the phone stayed quiet, and you want the numbers that matter first.

When something else fits better

If you cannot yet track what your website brings in, the reporting that justifies this tier has nothing to run on: the Analytics Setup sets that up first. If your market is not competitive enough to need four articles a month and named competitor tracking, the SEO Pro Retainer gives you the same working relationship for less.

Step by step.

Onboard

We set up everything Pro covers, plus the tracking needed to report on what your website brings in. This tier usually starts from an audit conversation.

Monthly content, landing pages, technical work

Four articles a month, plus landing pages built for new areas and services you are moving into, with technical work carried on alongside.

Real link acquisition

Earned coverage from sites that matter in your market, which takes longer than directory submissions or low-quality placements and counts for more.

Named competitor tracking

The competitors you name are tracked and reported against by name, so you can see where you stand with each one.

Conversion tracking

We track the orders, enquiries, bookings or sign-ups your site produces and which pages produced them. Reports open with what came in and close with rankings.

Quarterly strategy session

Every quarter we look at what worked, what did not and what you are launching next, then plan the next three months from that.

Then the month starts again. The same cycle runs for as long as you stay on the plan, and the report tells you what came of it.
Term
Month to month, thirty days notice. We advise giving it 3 months, because that is how long the work takes to show.
★★★★★

"Since the new website went live, we’ve also seen a significant improvement in organic traffic, which is exactly the type of long-term result we were hoping to achieve."

Common questions

The report leads with what your website brought in, whether that is orders, enquiries, bookings or sign-ups, and which pages produced it. Rankings are still in there, at the end, where they belong. It is a different conversation from watching positions move and hoping they turn into something.
Directory submissions and low-quality placements are what usually gets sold as link building. Earned coverage from sites that genuinely matter in your market is a different job, takes longer, and is what this tier is for.
The plan gets rewritten rather than repeated. Every quarter we look at what worked, what did not, what changed in your market and what you are launching next, and the next three months are planned from that rather than from the last three months carried forward.
Because they do different jobs. An article answers a question and brings people in early. A landing page targets a service in a place and is built to convert the person who is ready to buy. Expanding into a new area or launching a new service needs a page, not a blog post about it.
