Green Homes Group: a lead system and a new website.
Green Homes Group helps households across the UK save on their utilities, reach funded energy efficiency grants and arrange retrofit assessments to PAS 2035, from Cheadle in Greater Manchester. They asked us for two things at once: a system to run their leads, and a new website for a change of brand and services. Both are live.
What they asked for.
Two projects, quoted separately and signed on 9 June 2026.
The first was a system for their leads: the team working from one place, every lead assigned and tagged, one conversation per contact, and follow-ups that go out without anyone having to remember them.
The second was a new website to replace one built around the ECO4 grant scheme, so the site says what the business does now: utilities, funded grants and retrofit assessments, across the UK.
What we built.
The lead system
- Named logins for the team, with leads assigned, tagged and moved through pipeline stages.
- One conversation timeline per contact, with AI replies and human replies labelled separately.
- AI messaging and automated follow-ups, with hot leads flagged and escalated.
- Their Google Sheets brought in, so the lead lists they already had came with them.
- A reporting dashboard.
- Monthly support since launch: new users, workflow changes and new features as they find them.
The system is private to their team, so there is no screenshot of it here.
The website
- Their own WordPress theme, up to ten pages, built for phones first.
- The services split three ways, utilities, funded grants and retrofit assessments, each with its own page.
- An eligibility checker: four questions, under a minute, and it says on its face that the answer is indicative.
- Their Trustpilot reviews on the page, read live from Trustpilot.
- A contact form, the basic SEO set-up and Google Analytics.
- Managed WordPress hosting with SSL, backups and uptime monitoring.
